Carleton is once again be taking part in the National College Health Assessment Web survey, a survey sponsored and distributed by the American College Health Association (ACHA).
Check your email to see if you have been selected to participate in the survey which began on January 28, 2019. Students were selected to participate in the survey at random. If you are one of the students selected, and if you elect to participate in the survey, you will automatically be entered into a draw for 1 of 10 gifts of $150 put onto your campus card.
We will be one of more than 30 universities across Canada participating in this survey this winter. The results will provide us with a more detailed understanding of the current status of overall student mental and physical health on campus and provide information that will guide programming and resources for Carleton University students.
Every effort will be made to ensure that responses are kept completely confidential. At no point will any member of the ACHA or Carleton University attempt to identify an individual’s responses.
