Cleaning the Capital – Sept 15th – Oct 15th

Register now to join in with the Carleton community to clean up your neighbourhood, park or street. The GLAD cleaning the capital campaign is a city-wide campaign that occurs in the spring and fall of every year. Residents come together as a community to combine efforts to make our city clean and green! Participants can register their cleanups to received a starter kit and submit clean up reports. To take part pick your location and date, review COVID safety, plan for proper disposal of waste and register your cleanup, if supplies or pick up is needed. Cycling Virtual Workshop

Sustainability Carleton and Envirocentre are offering a free virtual workshop to get the most of of cycling in the capital. Discover some of the interesting destinations in Ottawa that are easily accessible by bicycle! Heritage sites, nature areas and public art are a few of the destinations that will be covered.
