Important Dates & Deadlines


July 23 – Last day for a full fee adjustment when withdrawing from late Summer courses (financial withdrawal)

July 25 – Last day to submit to the Paul Menton Centre, for Students with Disabilities, formal examination accommodation forms for August examinations

Aug. 1 – Last day for graduate students to submit to their thesis supervisor an examination copy of their Master’s or PhD thesis for Fall graduation

Aug. 1  Deadline to apply for admission to the specialization in Digital Humanities

Aug. 4 – Civic holiday, University closed. No CUOL course broadcast

Aug. 7 Orientation for contract instructors

Aug. 25 –  Payment deadline date for your entire student account. Click here for important payment information. Late charges may be applied to the student account any time after this date.

Sept. 26  Deadline to apply for a Mitacs Globalink Research Award (for projects starting in Jan/15)

Oct. 17 –Deadline  to hand in applications to depts. for the 2015-16 SSHRC PhD awards (Application form not yet available)

November Call for Papers for the Korean War and Reunification Symposium

Dec. 1 Deadline to complete the application for a Tri-Council (NSERC, SSHRC, CIHR) 2015-16 Master’s award (Application form not yet available)

Dec. 1 – Deadline  to hand in applications to depts. for a 2015-16 Ontario Graduate Scholarship  (Application form not yet available)
