Need a Listening Ear?

There are many health and wellness services that can assist graduate students at Carleton. Please click here for a list of resources you can access. We are here to help.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, Carleton temporarily suspended the need for a doctor’s note or medical certificate for academic accommodation requests related to COVID-19. This process has been extended for the fall 2021 term. Students will be advised to complete the self-declaration form available on the Registrar’s Office website to request academic accommodation for missed course work including exams and assignments and connect directly with their instructors to discuss required accommodations arising from the COVID-19 situation.
