Bill is responsible for working with Faculties and Graduate Units with respect to graduate student recruitment and funding. Bill collaborates with Faculties to produce annual graduate recruitment targets and budgets, approves new student funding recommendations submitted by Graduate Units, and monitors, analyzes and reports on graduate recruitment, registrations and student funding.
