Joint-Program University of Ottawa students are automatically provided with Carleton University Brightspace access for courses taught at Carleton University. Students will receive an email with Brightspace login information within 2 business days of registration in a Joint-Program Carleton University course. Please note that you will access CU courses in Carleton University’s Brightspace platform, rather than in the University of Ottawa’s Brightspace platform.
If you have not received an email with Brightspace login instructions within 2 business days of course registration, please check your junk email folder. If you have not received this email after 2 business days, you may contact graduate.studies@carleton.ca for assistance. If you have only registered for CU courses in the upcoming winter term, with no fall term CU courses, you will not receive an email with Brightspace access until September.
Any course registration changes, including new registrations and course withdrawals, will be reflected in your CU Brightspace account within 2 business days of the registration change. You will not receive a new email after any registration changes are made, so please monitor Brightspace regularly.
