Graduate Calendar Feedback

The Office of Graduate Studies wants to hear from you! We are soliciting feedback on your experience with the Graduate Regulations and using the Graduate Calendar, as we undertake a multi-stage project to improve the clarity and presentation of the information. Please take a few minutes to respond to the prompts below. The responses will be collected by Graduate Studies, and we may contact you to request further information. Any questions can be directed to Natalie Phelan, Graduate Calendar and Curriculum Officer. Thank you for your participation.

Note: the Graduate Calendar is not primarily intended to be an advertising or recruitment tool. Its main purpose is to communicate rules, regulations, and requirements pertaining to all areas of graduate study, in a way that is understandable and accessible to people inside and outside the Carleton community. Please try to focus on the presentation of the regulations, specifically.

Graduate Calendar Feedback Form

Name(Required)
Do you find the current organization intuitive? Do you envision a design which is organized by program level (master’s, PhD), or chronologically from application to graduation? Are the section titles suitable for finding information?
Please specify the regulation number, title, or provide a link.
Program-specific regulations, including admission requirements, are kept on tabs accessed via the program requirements page. Do you find this a useful way to organize this information? Are there any changes you would like to see, in general or on your pages in particular?

Further feedback

Is there a specific regulation, or gap in the regulations, that you would like to see discussed at Grad Council? This information will be taken into account when planning future meetings.
