Executive Assistant to the Vice-Provost
Renée is responsible for providing administrative, coordination, and logistical support to the Vice-Provost (Graduate Studies) and acts as the Vice-Provost’s main point of contact. She interacts across a range of stakeholders with a focus on the provision of administrative and operational support and the exchange, collection, and dissemination of information. She also is the main contact and administrator for a number of meetings and events, including the Faculty Graduate Mentoring Award, the Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship and CU-PSAC Postdoctoral Fellowship award competitions, Graduate Affairs Committee meetings, and Graduate Council meetings. Finally, she assists the Graduate Registrar with day-to-day office operations, including managing expenses and reconciliation, leave reporting, and relationship management.
