Update 1

The maintenance and upgrades to the CUResearch/ROMEO system have been completed. Thank you for your patience. Please note that the CuResearch system has a new login portal (we recommend that you bookmark this link): https://ovpri.research.carleton.ca/Romeo.Researcher/

All usernames and passwords have remained unchanged. However, new users should contact ethics@carleton.ca to register for a new user account.

Update 2

We recently learned from Qualtrics that all data collected via Carleton surveys will be stored on American servers until November 1, 2019. After this date, the data will be migrated to Canadian servers. Please update your consent forms to note that the data is stored on U.S servers and will be subject to the US laws, including the Patriot Act, and may be disclosed via a court order or data breach.

Update 3

Successful completion of the TCPS-2 Course on Research Ethics (CORE) is now required of all researchers seeking ethics clearance from CUREB.  For those who have not yet completed the tutorial, you can get started here: http://tcps2core.ca/welcome
