We would like to remind you that under Orders from the Government of Ontario and guidance from Public Health Ontario and Ottawa Public Health, Carleton University is required to implement COVID-19 Screening for all students and employees, including teaching assistants, researchers and postdoctoral fellows.
Please note that under the current stay-at-home order, you are expected to continue to work remotely unless they are required to be on campus to perform work that is necessary to University operations.
Should you be required to be on campus to perform necessary duties and responsibilities or to perform approved research, you must complete the COVID-19 Daily Campus Access and Screening Form for employees and students.
You are required to complete this form every day you plan to come to campus and enter a university building. Completing the screening form before coming to campus is necessary to comply with mandatory public health requirements.
